The Charity was founded at a meeting held in Pitve on 10th June 2013. The meeting was opened at 5pm. Present were Vivian Grisogono, Nada Kozulić and Miranda Miličić Bradbury.

Resolutions were passed as follows:

1. The Charity Eco Hvar would be founded according to Croatian law (NN 88/11) for the wellbeing of people, animals and the environment.

2. The Charity's Statute was approved.

3. Members of the Charity Committee were elected, consisting of three members: Vivian Grisogono (President), Miranda Miličić Bradbury (Secretary) and Nada Kozulić (Member).

4. Vivian Grisogono and Miranda Miličić Bradbury were nominated as representatives of the Charity.

5. The Charity would be registered in the Republic of Croatia's official Registry in the Split-Dalmatian County Office.

Business was concluded at 5.30pm
